12 week gym- or home-based programs tailored to your goals. These are scaled by ability with the choice of beginner, intermediate or advanced.
Regular communication involving weekly check ins and video feedback on exercise form where applicable. 24/7 availability through WhatsApp. I will be available for any questions or queries you might have.
