Hi! My name is Beth Meller and I'm a gym and baking enthusiast, found on Instagram @bethmeller.
I have always loved sport, particularly hockey and netball which I have played for most of life.
I first got into the gym aged 16 when I started seeing my personal trainer. I loved training and seeing myself progress each week. At university however, my gym habits started to slip and it is safe to say that I definitely enjoyed the 'play hard' lifestyle that Newcastle has to offer.
Fast forward 18 months and I suddenly moved back home with my parents due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Little did I know then that lockdown would turn me into the happier, healthier and stronger me that I am today.
I began seeing my personal trainer again and discovered weightlifting during this time and fell in love with it. After several months of lifting and good nutrition I decided I wanted to do for others what my trainer had done for me.
This lead me to complete my Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications with the goal of helping others to enjoy the gym as much as I do. Since starting work as a PT I have also completed my Nutrition Coaching and Women's Coaching Specialist Courses.

1-to-1 training delivered in person in a private training studio based in Surrey.
I will schedule a consultation with you to discuss your goals and create a plan of how we can achieve them.
Monthly tailored programs delivered through Trainerize app. Weekly check ins with me to ensure you are staying on track and progressing towards your goals.
12 week gym- or home-based programs tailored to your goals. These are scaled by ability with the choice of beginner, intermediate or advanced.
Personalised macros tailored specifically for your goals and your body's needs. I will help improve your understanding of nutrition and advise you on how to adapt your current habits.
Regular communication involving weekly check ins and video feedback on exercise form where applicable. 24/7 availability through WhatsApp. I will be available for any questions or queries you might have.
Connect with others through the "Train with Beth" WhatsApp group where you can share daily wins, recipes and motivation.

This is a lifestyle change. It is not a quick fix four week plan. I want to help you build sustainable, healthy habits that will last a lifetime. I want to educate you to improve your understanding of healthy nutrition and effective training whilst improving your relationship with food and exercise. This will help you become the happiest, healthiest and strongest version of yourself.
